At Lidgard Yacht Design we can prepare a classic or retro style sail boat design for you to whatever era aesthetics you may desire.
Build medium for this design is to be from either plywood cored epoxy glass composite or foam cored composites. Internal fit out is from plywood and timber trim. The object of this design is to offer maximum boat for the minimum labour effort and cost financially. To make this concept work one must be less concerned with weight and as a consequence we chose a chined concept with aesthetics to suit. The schooner rig will minimize deck complexity and cost at a minimal additional cost compared to a sloop rig.
